Appointment Re-schedule, Cancellation, No-Call and No-Show Policy

In any circumstance, clients will be charged the entire session fee if they reschedule or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice.

No-show and No-call clients will be charged the entire session fee; they may also be asked to pay in advance for future visits or be dismissed from the practice.

If a client is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, the appointment will be automatically canceled and the full session fee will be charged.

Re-Examination or Primary Health Issue Change

Each fee will be applied:

1. On or over 6 months from the last appointment date.

2. Change of Primary health issue.

Courtesy Reminder

The friendly recall notice will be sent out via text message on a cell phone one day in advance. It is strongly advised that clients keep a record of every session they schedule on their own. Clients should contact or show up at the appointed time if they do not receive the reminder.

Receipts

Clients have the option to request a receipt on the same visit day and within 30 days of the request date.

Products Return Policy

No return and refund for all products and services.
